- Skin Tone: All dolls are available in either Caucasian or African-American skin tones.

- Hair Color: Hair colors normally available are white/gray/black/blonde/auburn. Attempts will be made to fill specific orders, but will depend on availability.

- Outfits: All attempts will be made to meet your wishes. However, if we have to purchase special fabrics, an additional charge will be required. Additional time may be required to fill the order if fabric swatches are sent back and forth.

- Special orders: Specific theme dolls or dolls with specific characteristics may be ordered. These dolls are not returnable and full payment must accompany the order.

- Accessories: Accessories such as chairs, doll stands, props may vary and use depends on availability.
